Magnesium oxychloride cement and manufacturing technique thereof
The invention provides a magnesium oxychloride cement which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of magnesium chloride, 100 parts of magnesium oxide, 170 parts of water and 10 parts of additive. The additive comprises phosphate, ferroaluminate, aluminate and iron salt, wherein the phosphate is sodium polyphosphate, the ferroaluminate is tetracalcium ferroaluminate, the aluminate is sodium aluminate, and the iron salt is polyferric sulfate. The magnesium oxychloride cement also comprises 7 parts by weight of gelatinizer, wherein the gelatinizer comprises magnesium hydroxide and a hardening agent; and the hardening agent comprises a magnesium oxide-magnesium chloride-water ternary compound crystalline salt phase double salt. The magnesium oxychloride cement is used for solving the problem that the water-resistant hardened product in the prior art can not easily lose strength in water, has low strength loss rate and can not easily crack.
