The invention discloses a preparation method of metro damping and vibration-isolating ballast bed lightweight concrete. The lightweight concrete is formed by blending an EPS particle light material, stone, sand, cement and some additives according to a certain proportion. Blending is performed by determining the volume ratio of concrete to EPS particles in a lightweight concrete layer according to the design requirement of damping and vibration-isolation of along the line of a metro, wherein the blending volume ratio is 3:2, 3:1 or 4:1; the EPS particles have the particle size of 1 to 3 mm, and the density of 12 to 15 kg/m<3>. According to the method, in the forming process of the lightweight concrete, a certain proportion of high-performance poly hydroxy acid water reducing agent and silicon powder are added according to different volume ratios of the concrete to the EPS particles for ensuring the strength quality of the lightweight concrete. According to the blending method, the lightweight concrete needed by a damping and vibration-isolating metro mixed and elastic light ballast bed can be obtained, and damping and vibration isolation are realized.
