Nanometer and micrometer modified gel material
The invention relates to a nanometer and micrometer modified gel material. The nanometer and micrometer modified gel material is composed of, by mass, 34-58% of cement, 8-15% of modified cement, 30-40% of high-quality grade-I coal ash, 3-7% of modified silica fume and 1-4% of high-dispersion enhancer. The nanometer and micrometer modified gel material has the advantages that the cement is delayed by introducing a surface modification agent so that the cement can be easily dispersed and holes of cement paste can be filled with the cement, the cement paste can be more compact, the cement paste strength is improved, and the overall gel effect of the cement paste is brought into fully play; nanometer and micrometer powder is introduced to modify the cement paste, and therefore the particle grading of the cement is greatly optimized, and strength is improved; meanwhile, dispersibility of nanometer and micrometer particles is improved through a physical chemistry method, and therefore it is ensured that the powder can not be agglomerated in the mixing process; pulverized fuel ash is introduced, cost can be greatly reduced, mobility of the cement paste is improved, and meanwhile the long-term strength can be improved.
