A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
A composite-material floor tile is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 25 parts of natural rubber, 12 to 16 parts of a silane coupling agent, 3 to 6 parts of molybdenum trioxide, 4 to 8 parts of a light stabilizer, 12 to 24 parts of quartzite, 10 to 16 parts of bentonite, 13 to 15 parts of shale, 15 to 22 parts of pearl sand, 4 to 7 parts of epoxy resin casting glue, 6 to 9 parts of bauxite cement, 3 to 6 parts of a binding agent, 6 to 9 parts of clay, 25 to 36 parts of wood fibers, 10 to 14 parts of ethoxylation aliphatic alkylamine, 4 to 7 parts of silver oxide, 7 to 9 parts of 30 to 50-mesh sand. The composite-material floor tile provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the flexural and compressive strength is well improved, the abrasive resistance is excellent, the resources are saved, and no pollution happens, and the construction is easy.
