A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a stable whisker aerated brick which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.8-1 part of waste syrup, 280-300 parts of sand, 5-7 parts of magnesium borate whisker, 0.3-0.5 part of palm wax, 0.1-0.2 part of trichloroisocyanuric acid, 1-2 parts of antimony trioxide, 0.3-0.4 part of sodium lactate, 3-4 parts of borax, 2-4 parts of high boron calcium borate, 0.6-1 part of casein, 1-2 parts of manganese oxide, 2-3 parts of gypsum, 37-40 parts of ordinary portland cement, 40-45 parts of quicklime, 0.3-0.4 part of aluminium powder and 6-10 parts of a biomass resistance increase agent. According to the added biomass resistance increase agent, waste resources, barks and cocoanut shells, are used as biomass raw powder, and then subjected to enzyme treatment and alkali treatment, so that the fibre material with better toughness can be obtained, the fibre material is blended with glycidyl methacrylate for modifying so as to improve surface resistance, and then the mixture is mixed with a salt solution, polyvinyl alcohol and the like, and then dried, so that effective recycling of resources is realized, and improvement on stability of auxiliaries is facilitated.
