Wall corner ceramic tile and manufacturing method thereof
The invention provides a wall corner ceramic tile. The ceramic tile comprises a brick body and a glaze layer positioned on the outer surface of the brick body, and is characterized in that the brick body comprises a baseplate and one or more side plates, which adopt an integrated structure, and the one or more side plates extend along one side or two adjacent sides of the baseplate; the ceramic tile comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 36-40% of clay, 15-19% of feldspath and 43-47% of quartz sand. The invention further provides a manufacturing method for the ceramic tile. The manufacturing method comprises procedures of batching, pulverizing, powder manufacturing, pressing, glazing, firing and the like. The ceramic tile manufactured by the method is suitable for being used at wall corners, does not need splicing during decoration, and moreover, is relatively high in strength and long in service life.
