Low-dielectric-loss low-temperature-coefficient microwave electronic ceramic raw material
The invention provides a low-dielectric-loss low-temperature-coefficient microwave electronic ceramic raw material which comprises BaCO3, V2O5, acetylene black, TiO2, Nd2O3, Ho2O3, NaOH and KOH. The rare-earth oxides Nd2O3 and Ho2O3 have obvious effects on further promoting grain refinement of the ceramic body, enhancing the voltage endurance and lowering the dielectric loss. The acetylene black can inhibit the growth of the barium titanate grains, the carbon atoms can be dispersed into the barium titanate crystal lattices to form component dispersion in the material, and the formed small-size barium titanate crystal grains and component dispersion enable the material to have excellent temperature stability. The assistant mixture can lower the melting point and promote the growth of the low-temperature-coefficient titanate crystal. The low-dielectric-loss low-temperature-coefficient microwave electronic ceramic raw material does not use nickel, lead and other common raw materials in the microwave electronic ceramic, and thus, can not damage the human health or influence the environment.
