The invention relates to an antioxidant magnesium-calcium-carbon refractory material and a preparation method therefor. The antioxidant magnesium-calcium-carbon refractory material consists of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100-120 parts of magnesium-calcium clinker particles, 40-50 parts of magnesium-calcium clinker fine powder, 15-35 parts of nano magnesium oxide, 20-30 parts of nano calcium oxide, 20-35 parts of zirconium oxide, 10-20 parts of graphene, 5-10 parts of an additive, 7-12 parts of a binding agent and 5-12 parts of nano zirconium oxide. The refractory material disclosed by the invention is internally compact; volume density of the refractory material is improved, and apparent porosity of the refractory material is reduced to prevent expansion, so that various physical performances such as strength, thermal shock resistance, excellent oxidization resistance and thermal impact resistance of the refractory material are further improved. The preparation method is simple and suitable for industrial production; and raw materials are rich.
