Ceramisite-reinforced concrete block with excellent anti-seismic property
The invention discloses a ceramisite-reinforced concrete brick with excellent anti-seismic property. The ceramisite-reinforced concrete brick is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of graphite fibers, 30-50 parts of ceramsite, 15-30 parts of coal ash, 8-12 parts of quick lime, 16-20 parts of cement, 0.2-0.5 part of aluminum powder, 2-4 parts of gypsum powder, 1-2 parts of anhydrous calcium carbonate, 3-5 parts of acrylic resin emulsion, 0.3-0.5 part of calcium lignosulphonate, 1-3 parts of iron powder, 3-5 parts of nano aluminium oxide, 2-4 parts of carbon black, 15-20 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol and a proper amount of water. A technical method adopted by the invention solves the problems that the ceramsite is easy to crush in a processing process and is not uniformly distributed in slurry due to light weight; shock strength and salt and alkali corrosion resistance of a building block can be improved by virtue of the added graphite fibers; and the building block is good in energy-saving effect and remarkable in anti-seismic property, so that a building is long in service life and high in safety coefficient.
