Novel high-temperature cementing working fluid system and composition thereof
The invention provides a novel high-temperature cementing working fluid system and a composition thereof and mainly aims at solving the problems of strength retrogression and high cement slurry cost of oil well cement at high temperature, wherein the novel high-temperature cementing working fluid system is suitable for high-temperature cementing of deep wells and ultra-deep wells. The novel high-temperature cementing working fluid system comprises the following components in parts by weight: 23-47 parts of SiO2, 1.2-12 parts of Al2O3, 15-36 parts of CaO, 0.50-5.5 parts of XaOb, 0.35-4.9 parts of alkaline metal silicate, 1.3-2.6 parts of a high-temperature fluid loss agent, 0.04-0.35 part of a high-temperature retarder, 0.05-0.8 part of a dispersant and 25-38 parts of water. The working fluid has the density of 1.70-1.85g/cm<3>; the novel high-temperature cementing working fluid system is suitable for cementing operation within the temperature range of 100-250 DEG C, has the advantages of high static gel strength development speed, high compressive strength and good high-temperature stability, and is capable of greatly reducing the high-temperature cementing cost and wide in application prospect.
