Preparation method of starch-base hydration heat regulating and controlling material
The invention provides a preparation method of a starch-base hydration heat regulating and controlling material. The preparation method includes following steps: 1) heating starch at 150-200 DEG C for 0.5-2 h and cooling the starch to room temperature; 2) adding water to the starch to obtain a slurry material being 15-25% in mass concentration, and regulating the pH value to 5-6; 3) adding medium-temperature [alpha]-amylase and saccharifying enzyme, performing hydrolysis at 30-50 DEG C for 4-10 h, regulating the pH value to 2-3 and performing enzyme deactivation for 30 min, and regulating the pH value to be neutral; and 4) adding ethanol to the product in the step (3) and stirring the product for 30 min, filtering the product and drying the product to obtain the material. The material is prepared in a manner that one part of the starch is subjected to thermal-degradation and the other parts of the starch is subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis, so that the material can reduce cement hydration heat release rate peak value by more than 50%, and meanwhile is basically free of influence on concrete strength and setting time.
