The invention discloses a subgrade structure which comprises a foundation subgrade, a fill subgrade, a permeable layer and an isolation wall. The fill subgrade is located over the foundation subgrade and embedded in the foundation subgrade, the isolation wall is vertically arranged between the fill subgrade and the foundation subgrade, the permeable layer is located in a gap between the isolation wall and the fill subgrade, and the lower end of the permeable layer is communicated with drainage channels of the foundation subgrade through pipelines. According to the subgrade structure, the structure that the fill subgrade is embedded in the foundation subgrade is adopted, and therefore a road section protruding out of the ground can meet the requirements of a road subgrade; in addition, the lower end of the permeable layer of the fill subgrade is communicated with the drainage channels of the foundation subgrade through the pipelines, therefore, the fill subgrade of the subgrade structure can be provided with drainage facilities, and a burden can be prevented from being brought to the ground drainage facilities of a ground road.
