Multi-element alloy co-penetrated bridge pre-embedded steel member
The invention discloses a multi-element alloy co-penetrated bridge pre-embedded steel member. The pre-embedded steel member comprises a fixed plate, pre-embedded cylinders and pre-embedded rebars, and multi-element alloy co-penetrated layers are arranged on the surface of the fixed plate, surfaces of the pre-embedded cylinders and surfaces of the pre-embedded rebars. Multiple through holes corresponding to the pre-embedded cylinders are formed in the fixed plate; the pre-embedded cylinders are vertically arranged on the fixed plate, and the bottoms of the pre-embedded cylinders are arranged in the corresponding through holes respectively; the top ends of the pre-embedded rebars are bent at 90 degrees, and the bottom ends of the pre-embedded rebars are vertically connected to the fixed plate. By means of the mode, as the pre-embedded cylinders and the fixed plate of the multi-element alloy co-penetrated bridge pre-embedded steel member are vertically connected, the size accuracy after welding is ensured, the pre-embedded steel member can be connected with a pier conveniently, the pre-embedded cylinders and the pre-embedded rebars can be pre-embedded in concrete at the same time, and therefore the structural strength of a bridge is improved; by means of the multi-element alloy co-penetrated surfaces, the rust resistance is good, weather resistance is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
