2,000 MPa durable parallel steel wire stay cable of highway and railway cable-stayed bridge
The invention relates to a 2,000 MPa durable parallel steel wire stay cable of a highway and railway cable-stayed bridge. The parallel steel wire stay cable comprises an anchor cup, a connecting cylinder and a cable body. The connecting cylinder is connected to the front end of the anchor cup. The cable body penetrates through the connecting cylinder to be fixed into the anchor cup. A conical cavity gradually becoming larger from exterior to interior is formed in an inner cavity of the anchor cup. A curve limiting ring is arranged at an inlet of the conical cavity. A steel wire harness in the cable body is arranged in the conical cavity in a dispersing mode through the curve limiting ring. The parallel steel wire stay cable has the advantages of being high in strength and durable in use. Especially by optimizing the anchor structure, the flexible curve limiting ring corresponding to the cable body is arranged at the bent position in an anchor, on one hand, direct rigid contact between steel wires and the anchor cup is avoided, and local damage is prevented; on the other hand, the micro-moving fatigue abrasion of the bent positions of the steel wires is changed, and the use requirements for large dynamic loads and high stress amplitude of the stay cable of the highway and railway cable-stayed bridge can be met.
