The invention provides a road crash barrier board. The section of the road crash barrier board is rectangular. A particle reinforced foamed aluminum matrix composite is arranged on a core of the board. The core is wrapped by an elastic material layer. A rectangular steel pipe is arranged outside the elastic material layer. The outer surface of the rectangular steel pipe is coated with anti-corrosion paint. As silicon carbide and/or aluminum oxide particles are used for reinforcement and a composite foaming agent is used for fully foaming aluminum base alloy, the particle reinforced foamed aluminum matrix composite is obtained. The particle reinforced foamed aluminum matrix composite can better absorb impact energy.
