The invention relates to a crawler-type soil and underground water sampling device. The amphibious sampling device comprises an amphibious excavator 1, a sampling work device 2, an installation plate 12 and a hydraulic pipeline 11. The sampling work device 2 is installed on the installation plate 12 and is connected with the amphibious excavator 1, and the hydraulic pipeline 11 provides power for the sampling work device 2. The sampling device can work on land and can be effectively applied to dredging of riverways and lakes, resource development of wetlands, bogs and mud flats, and environmental renovation and sampling.
