Heat transfer pipe embedded in prefabricated pipe piles and embedding method of heat transfer pipe
The invention discloses a heat transfer pipe embedded in prefabricated pipe piles. The heat transfer pipe embedded in the prefabricated pipe piles comprises the prefabricated pipe piles which are arranged side by side, a heat transfer pipe assembly and a pump unit. The bottoms of the prefabricated pipe piles are sealed. Inclined holes are formed in the two sides of the top of each prefabricated pipe pile. Pins are arranged on the inner walls of the pipe piles. Steel plates are placed on the pins. Rebar structures are bound to the steel plates. The heat transfer pipe assembly comprises a horizontal heat transfer pipe body and vertical heat transfer pipe bodies. One end of the horizontal heat transfer pipe body is communicated with the vertical heat transfer pipe bodies. The other end of the horizontal heat transfer pipe body is connected to the pump unit. The other ends of the vertical heat transfer pipe bodies are also connected to the pump unit. Meanwhile, the horizontal heat transfer pipe body is embedded and fixed through the rebar structures. The buried pipe portions of the vertical heat transfer pipe bodies penetrate inclined holes and then are fixed to pile bodies of the prefabricated pipe piles through rebar supports. The heat transfer pipe assembly in the prefabricated pipe piles is connected in series and in parallel. Cost needed for the heat transfer pipe is small, engineering efficiency is high, and the pipe embedding survival rate is high.
