The three-layer basement supporting structure is characterized in that three layers of annular beams are adopted in first-layer supporting, the annular beams are connected through web members, an enclosure wall is not only adopted as a temporary supporting structure for blocking soil water seepage, but also adopted as a permanent basement side wall, and grouting reinforcement is carried out on soil within the range from 0.8 m to 1.2 m of the inner side of the enclosure wall; a cast-in-place concrete slab is arranged between the first-layer annular outer beam and the enclosure wall, and the vertical projection of the second-layer annular outer beam and the vertical projection of the first-layer annular outer beam are consistent; the vertical projection of the second-layer annular inner beam and the vertical projection of the first-layer annular middle beam are consistent, and a second-layer corner support is arranged between the second-layer annular outer beam and the enclosure wall; and the vertical projection of the third-layer annular beam and the vertical projection of the first-layer annular outer beam are consistent, and a third-layer corner support is arranged between the third-layer annular beam and the enclosure wall.
