The invention relates to a connecting structure and a connecting method. The connecting structure comprises a first main body, a second main body and a connecting piece, wherein an embedding chamber is formed in the first main body; the connecting piece comprises a first threaded portion; a worm gear is arranged on the first threaded portion; and teeth of the worm gear are arranged peripherally along threads of the first threaded portion. A screw extends into the embedding chamber from a mounting hole, a nut is provided with the worm gear, a worm penetrates in an operating hole and acts on the worm gear on the first threaded portion so as to drive the first threaded portion to rotate, and the screw can be in threaded connection with the nut or a threaded hole. The connecting structure is easy to connect and high in efficiency.
