Anti-impact and wear-resistant ceramic coating structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-impact and wear-resistant ceramic coating structure and a construction method thereof. The anti-impact and wear-resistant ceramic coating structure comprises a plurality of steel tubes, wherein the lengths of the steel tubes are the same with a construction thickness; one ends of the steel tubes are respectively welded to a surface of a steel plate of a bin perpendicularly to form a steel tube mesh; the steel tube mesh is filled with a smearing material layer; and the surface layer of the smearing material layer is parallel and level to the surface layer of the steel tube mesh. The construction method comprises the following steps of (1) cleaning the surface of the steel plate of the bin; (2) preparing steel tube sections; (3) fixing the steel tubes; (4) cleaning welding slag; (5) preparing smearing slurry; (6) constructing the smearing material layer; and (7) maintaining. The anti-impact and wear-resistant ceramic coating structure has the advantages that mechanism strength and wear resistance of the materials are high after construction; impact and wear resistance of the materials is greatly improved; and shrinkage deformation and high-temperature deformation are avoided.
