A drainage pipe well of a building comprises a pipe well drainage tube and a peripheral wall, wherein a water leading channel is formed in the bottom of the wall of the pipe well; a floor drain is arranged in a floor in the pipe well; and a water outlet of the floor drain is connected with the pipe well drainage tube. The drainage pipe well of the building has the advantages that the drainage pipe well of the building has a function of draining ground water, and floor drains of indoor environments such as a toilet and a shower room can be omitted.
