The invention discloses a detecting system and method for vertical precision rolling screw-thread steel tensioning force under an anchor. The method comprises the steps that a tensioning rod sequentially penetrates through a cross-core pressure sensor and a jack cylinder, one end of the tensioning rod is anchored, and the other end of the tensioning rod is connected with the exposed section of vertical precision rolling screw-thread steel through a sleeve; a jack is fixed on a tensioning reaction frame; the vertical precision rolling screw-thread steel is anchored on an anchor backing plate, and the length of the exposed section of the vertical precision rolling screw-thread steel can meet connection and fixation with the sleeve; a high precision displacement meter is fixed on the jack. The extension length of the cylinder is measured through the high precision displacement meter; the sizes of the tensioning force of the tensioning rod and the vertical precision rolling screw-thread steel are measured through the cross-core pressure sensor; according to the corresponding relation of the tensioning force and the extension length, the timing of rigidity change of the steel is determined, and therefore the size of the tensioning force under the anchor is determined accurately. The detecting system and method for the vertical precision rolling screw-thread steel tensioning force under the anchor have the advantages that effective detection can be conducted on the vertical precision rolling screw-thread steel tensioning force under the anchor, and the tensioning quality and the work efficiency are greatly improved.
