The invention relates to a large-span steel structure segmental hoisting support structure and a large-span steel structure segmental hoisting support method. The support method comprises the following steps of: dividing steel beams to be hoisted into first steel beams and second steel beams in interval arrangement according to positions after the installation; installing latticed column support assemblies in set positions of the first steel beams; fixedly connecting a carrying pole beam on the upper surface of each second steel beam; hoisting the first steel beams, and supporting the first steel beams by the latticed column support assemblies; and hoisting the second steel beams, and erecting the second steel beams through setting up the carrying pole beams on the first steel beams positioned at two sides of the second steel beams. A support system combining the carrying pole beams and the latticed column support assemblies is used; the steel consumption is effectively reduced; the support cost is reduced; and the field construction is also convenient. The support method belongs to the large-span steel beam segmental hoisting support method with the advantages that the manufacturing is simple; the reliability is high; and the cost is low.
