A lock cylinder and key dual-limit multi-password magazine-type mechanical anti-theft lock comprises a lock body, an upper positioning plate, a lower positioning plate, a lock cylinder mechanism, a middle positioning plate, a front lock body plate, a rear lock body plate, an outer handle unlocking mechanism, an inner handle unlocking mechanism and an anti-theft key. The lock cylinder mechanism is installed between the upper positioning plate and the middle positioning plate. The inner handle unlocking mechanism is installed on the inner side between the middle positioning plate and the lower positioning plate. The outer handle unlocking mechanism is installed on the outer side between the middle positioning plate and the lower positioning plate. The lock cylinder mechanism comprises a gear piece, an upper gear trough plate, a lower gear trough plate, a lock tongue body, a middle guiding pin arranged on the gear piece and ejector pins on the left and right sides. The middle upper guiding pin and the ejector pin on the right side penetrate the upper positioning plate and the middle positioning plate. The ejector pin on the left side penetrates the middle positioning plate. A reset spring is arranged at the portion, between the gear piece and the upper positioning plate, of the upper guiding pin in the middle of the gear piece. According to the lock cylinder and key dual-limit multi-password magazine-type mechanical anti-theft lock, dual-limit multiple passwords of the lock cylinder and the key are achieved, the lock cylinder lock passwords are easily and conveniently changed, and the password key can effectively prevent the phenomenon that troubles and worries are caused when a user loses a key.
