The invention discloses a cabin door unlocking device and a cabin door with the same. The cabin door unlocking device comprises an operation end (2) and a force transferring mechanism (3), wherein the operation end (2) is used for being operated by an operator; one end of the force transferring mechanism (3) is connected with the operation end (2), and the other end of the force transmission mechanism (3) is connected with a spring bolt (1); and the force transferring mechanism (3) can be arranged in a winding manner according to the distance between the operation end (2) and the spring bolt (1). The operation end (2) is used for being operated by the operator, and therefore a force is generated and transferred to the force transferring mechanism (3). The force transferring mechanism (3) can transfer the force of the operation end (2) to the spring bolt (1), so that the spring bolt (1) is converted from the locking position to the unlocking position, and the cabin door structure can move. Through the adoption of the structure, the problems that an existing cabin door is far away from an unlocking device, and arrangement is not convenient are solved, and the cabin door unlocking device is simple in structure and convenient to arrange.
