The invention provides a wireless intelligent door controlling method achieving brightness adjustment. The controlling method comprises the following steps that responding to an infrared transceiver module, a lock execution unit and a door spindle rotating control unit execute actions opposite to current states of the lock execution unit and the door spindle rotating control unit respectively; after a user enters a room, responding to an indoor brightness value detected by a brightness sensor, when the detected indoor brightness value is smaller than a pre-stored brightness minimum threshold value, an illuminator is turned on; after the user leaves the room, responding to an outdoor infrared transceiver module, the door closing action is executed, and responding to the door closing action, the illuminator is turned off. The user obstructs infrared rays between the infrared transceiver modules with the palm or a shielding part, unlocking and rotating or locking and rotating of a toilet door can be controlled at the same time, in the door locking and unlocking processes, the user does not need to touch the door with the hand, and therefore the problem of cross infection can be solved fundamentally; meanwhile, a lock back-locking unit can improve safety performance of an intelligent toilet; in addition, the effects of turning on or off the illuminator intelligently, saving energy and protecting environment can be achieved.
