The invention discloses a signal light indication device. The signal light indication device comprises a base which is located on the ground and is provided with a through hole, an outer rotor and an inner rotor of a movable rod which is embedded into the through hole of the base, a stator which is located between the outer rotor and the inner rotor, and a support shaft which is located in the inner rotor. A front bump and a rear bump are respectively arranged on both sides of a part, which is exposed out of the base, of the movable rod. The outer rotor, the stator and the inner rotor successively sleeve the support shaft, and gaps are arranged among the central areas. An energy storage battery is connected with the output end of a coil winding. The battery is connected with a signal display mechanism which is used for displaying red, green and yellow lights. A guide plate is arranged in the circumferential direction of the through hole of the base. Angles between the upper surfaces of the front bump and the rear bump and the movable rod are between 80 degrees and 70 degrees. According to the invention, pressure of a pedestrian or a vehicle on a roadblock is conversed into electricity; energy is efficiently used; the signal light indication device has the advantages of pollution prevention, high efficiency, low cost and compact structure; the magnetic field strength is increased; and the efficiency of power generation is improved.
