The invention discloses a cement material prepared from waste tile powder, and belongs to the field of environment and construction materials. The cement material is formed by preparing and evenly mixing, by weight, 10-60 parts of the activated waste tile powder, 0.3-4.8 parts of quick lime, 35.2-89.7 parts of cement clinker and 2.0-4.5 parts of gypsum. By means of the cement material, the solid waste is effectively utilized, and land occupation and environment pollution which are caused by waste tile trash are avoided; natural resources such as limestone and clay consumed by production of the cement clinker are reduced, and the environment is protected; energy consumption caused in the cement production process is effectively lowered, and emission of dust and greenhouse gas in the cement clinker production process is reduced; the problem of pollution of flue gas desulfurization to the environment is solved, a new route is provided for the high value application of the flue gas desulfurization; the use amount of the clinker in the cement production process is greatly reduced, and the production cost of cement is saved; the prepared cement material is stable in performance, and the cement quality can be ensured.
