The invention discloses slurry for slurry shield sand stratum tunneling. The slurry comprises 1000-1250 parts by weight of abandoned slurry; 0-300 parts by weight of clear water, 0-50 parts by weight of bentonite and 0.5-3 parts by weight of tackifier. A preparation method is that when a shield penetrates a clay stratum at the earlier stage, generated abandoned slurry is carried and stored near a slurry mixing tank; when the slurry shield tunnels fine sand or a gravelly sand stratum, the abandoned slurry is pumped into the slurry mixing tank to be adjusted, one or more of clear water, bentonite and tackifier are led into the abandoned slurry, and a product which meets the quality index requirements of the slurry for slurry shield sand stratum tunneling is obtained. Compared with an existing slurrying technology, the abandoned slurry is fully utilized, resources can be effectively saved, the cost can be effectively reduced, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the excellent slurry which can meet the requirements for density, adhesiveness, separation rate and physical and chemical stability and the like can be obtained.
