The invention discloses a lightweight plant fiber cement composite ribbon board with excellent bending resistance. According to the invention, a butadiene styrene rubber emulsion dipping treatment process is employed to pretreat the surfaces of plant fiber so as to allow the internal and external surfaces of the plant fiber to be coated with a polymer film, then mist-like butadiene styrene rubber emulsion is sprinkled, so the entire fiber is compact, obtains certain rigidity and has improved water resistance; and then fly ash is added to modify and replace a part of cement, so the generation amount of hydrated calcium hydrate is decreased, and corrosion resistance of the plant fiber is improved. The prepared plant fiber cement composite ribbon board has the advantages of light weight, high strength, excellent bending resistance, good compaction resistance, long duration, etc., and meets building requirements of homes, offices, etc.
