The invention discloses a high-hardness thermal-insulation plant fiber cement composite ribbon board. According to the invention, a polyvinyl acetate emulsion immersion treatment process is employed to pretreat the surfaces of plant fiber so as to allow the internal and external surfaces of the plant fiber to be coated with a polymer film, then mist-like paraffin oil is sprinkled, so the entire fiber is compact, obtains certain rigidity and has improved water proofness; and then fly ash is added to modify and replace a part of cement, so the generation amount of hydrated calcium hydrate is decreased, and corrosion resistance of the plant fiber is improved. Thus, the prepared plant fiber cement composite ribbon board has the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, high flatness, thermal insulation performance, etc.
