Preparation of economical C60 high-strength concrete
The invention relates to preparation of economical C60 high-strength concrete and discloses C60 high-strength concrete with the optimized mix proportion. Fly ash, slag powder, sand, gravel, an admixture and water are adopted as main materials, a plurality of set mix proportions are obtained through mix proportion and orthogonal test design, testing and analysis optimization, and then strength tests are performed according to the mix proportions. The C60 high-strength concrete is obtained according to test results as well as comparison and selection and is characterized in that for concrete per cubic meter, 533 kg of a cementing material, 609 kg of the sand and 1082 kg of the gravel are used. The mass of a superplasticizer accounts for 0.305% of the total mass of the concrete and the admixture with the mass accounting for 1.375% of the total mass of the cementing material is added. The ratio of the water to the cementing material is 0.32. The prepared concrete meets the C60 high-strength concrete requirement. The mix proportion can be applied to engineering practice for reference.
