The invention discloses a ceramic tile with a strong fireproof performance. The ceramic tile is characterized by being composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 to 9 parts of purple sand soil, 3 to 5 parts of bentonite, 30 to 50 parts of converter steel slag, 20 to 25 parts of talcum powder, 5 to 10 parts of kaolin, 15 to 25 parts of waste glass micro powder, 1 to 2 parts of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose, 2 to 4 parts of sodium silicate powder, 2 to 4 parts of zinc oxide, 5 to 8 parts of brown sugar, 0.1 to 0.3 part of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and a proper amount of distilled water. The added purple sand soil and bentonite can enhance the fireproof performance, strength, and plasticity of ceramic tiles, the modified ceramic tiles cannot be easily broken up; and the provided ceramic tile has the advantages of excellent performance, wide application range, difficult color changing, and good decorative property, and is worthy to promote.
