The scrapped recycled power type MnZn ferrite magnetic core is smashed into powder, the powder is mixed with the power type MnZn ferrite powder and SiO2, the mixture is subjected to wet process sanding, and the average particle diameter after sanding is controlled to be 0.9-1.2 [mu]m, so that the thin film type MnZn ferrite magnetic material special powder is obtained, wherein according to the total weight, the use amount of the power type MnZn ferrite powder is 10-30%, and the use amount of the SiO2 is 20-100 ppm. According to the invention, magnetic powder and normal powder are mixed for production, and the adhesion of product during superposition sintering can be prevented, so that the batch production is realized, the efficiency is improved, the sintering temperature is reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced.
