High-dielectric-constant AG-characteristic dielectric ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a high-dielectric-constant AG-characteristic dielectric ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The high-dielectric-constant AG-characteristic dielectric ceramic material is prepared from a wBaO.xNd2O3.yTiO2.zBi2O3 compound, Li1/2Re1/2O3, BaB2O4 and ZnO. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: by using the wBaO.xNd2O3.yTiO2.zBi2O3 as the main base material and Li1/2Re1/2O3, ZnO and BaB2O4 as additives, carrying out ball milling by using water as a dispersion medium, drying, pulverizing, granulating, pressing the granulated powder into a disk green compact, heating to 1100-1200 DEG C in an air atmosphere, and sintering for 2-4 hours while keeping the temperature, thereby obtaining the high-dielectric-constant AG-characteristic dielectric ceramic material. The dielectric ceramic material is free of Pb and other harmful metals, and the dielectric constant is up to 90 or above. The dielectric ceramic material has AG characteristic (90+/-20ppm/K), ultralow dielectric loss and high temperature stability, and can be used for manufacturing high-frequency high-heat-stability monolith capacitors.
