A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Microwave dielectric ceramic with low dielectric constant and high quality factor and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses microwave dielectric ceramic with a low dielectric constant and a high quality factor. A chemical stoichiometric equation of the microwave dielectric ceramic is LiNi0.5Ti0.5O2. The method comprises the following steps: weighing and compounding chemical raw materials Li2CO3, NiO and TiO2 respectively, wherein 5 mole percent of Li2CO3 needs to be weighed additionally due to the fact that the Li2CO3 is easily volatile at a high temperature; performing ball-milling, drying, sieving and pre-sintering at the temperature of 950 DEG C, and synthesizing a clinker; performing secondary ball-milling, drying and sieving, and obtaining a blank through compression molding; sintering the blank at the temperature of 1,200 to 1,300 DEG C, and holding the temperature for 4 to 8 hours to obtain a microwave dielectric ceramic material with the low dielectric constant and the high quality factor. The microwave dielectric ceramic is lithium-titanium-series microwave dielectric ceramic which is currently known and has excellent microwave dielectric performance, is low in sintering temperature, and can serve as a key core material for a resonator, an oscillator, a filter, a dielectric antenna and other microwave electronic devices; moreover, the source of the raw materials is rich, the cost is low, a preparation process is simple, the process is pollution-free, and the application prospect is wide.
