The invention discloses a semi-prefabricated and assembled composite box girder with corrugated steel webs and a preparation method thereof. The semi-prefabricated and assembled composite box girder comprises I-shaped girder units, a top plate wet joint and a bottom plate wet joint, wherein each I-shaped girder unit comprises a top plate, a corrugated steel web and a bottom plate; the corrugated steel web is vertically arranged in a raised position of the lower surface of the top plate; the lower end of the corrugated steel web is connected with the bottom plate; the length of the top plate is larger than that of the bottom plate; two I-shaped girder units are arranged in a bilaterally symmetric way; the top plate wet joint is arranged between the top plates of the two I-shaped girder units; and the bottom plate wet joint is arranged between the bottom plates of the two I-shaped girder units. As a transverse wet joint uses a composite structure of a corrugated steel plate and concrete, a problem that the concrete at the lower edges of the top plate and the bottom plate are cracked is effectively avoided; and as the joint ends of the I-shaped girder units are arranged as L-shaped section structures, namely I-shaped structures in which the lengths of the top plates are larger than those of the bottom plate, the difficulty in field construction is reduced and it is convenient to erect and connect the corrugated steel webs at the lower edges.
