Spherical bearing
The invention provides a spherical bearing. The spherical bearing is used for supporting a bridge and comprises an upper bearing, a lower bearing, a movable base and a limiting rotating shaft. The upper bearing comprises a concave spherical surface, a limiting hole is formed in the concave spherical surface, a groove is formed in the lower bearing, and the movable base comprises a first surface and a second surface in an opposite mode. The first surface corresponds to the concave spherical surface, a containing hole corresponding to the limiting hole is formed in the first surface, the second surface is arranged on the inner surface of the groove, one end of the limiting rotating shaft is movably fixed inside the limiting hole, and the other end of the limiting rotating shaft is fixedly contained inside the containing hole. The movable base is arranged between the upper bearing and the lower bearing to separate a rotating function from a sliding function of the spherical bearing, in this way, it can be avoided that because local functions of the bearing are overlapped, blocking and stress concentrating are generated, the requirements for multi-direction displacement and pressure transfer are met, and fatigue durability of the spherical bearing is improved.
