The invention discloses an anti-terrorist road block. The anti-terrorist road block comprises a supporting frame buried underground. A first lifting mechanism and a second lifting mechanism are arranged in the supporting frame. A cover plate flush with the road surface is arranged at the top of the supporting frame and is hollow. Channels I for lifting the first lifting mechanism are reserved in the cover plate. The second lifting mechanism is arranged in a lifting box of the first lifting mechanism. A barrier net is arranged on a lifting shaft of the second lifting mechanism. Channels II for lifting the barrier net are reserved in the surface of the lifting box. According to the anti-terrorist road block, the simple protecting form in the prior art is changed, double guarantees are achieved by arranging the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism, protecting abilities of important departments such as important military places, oil depots, ammunition depots and frontier inspection stations are effectively improved, and effective guarantees are provided for safety protection of the important departments and life safety of guard soldiers.
