Self-washing dust-free garbage-water tank device
The invention relates to a self-washing dust-free garbage-water tank device. The device is used for performing garbage settlement on various sweeping vehicles, and performing water-wash separation between dust and air flow, so that the purpose of dust-free discharging is realized. The device comprises a sealed tank body formed by welding a group of sheet metal components; a garbage dumping opening is formed in the tail of the sealed tank body and is hermetically pressed by a rear cover which can be opened and closed; the tank body is divided into an upper garbage tank and a lower water tank by a welded garbage-tank bottom plate, so that the integration of the garbage tank and the water tank is realized, an independent water tank is not needed, and the whole-vehicle center of gravity is further lowered. A rack plate, a rotatable garbage-tank sealing plate and a water-opening sealing plate are arranged in the garbage tank. When a sweeping vehicle works, the feeding water is higher than the bottom edge of the water-opening sealing plate with a certain height, and a filter screen plate at the rear part of the garbage tank enables garbage to settle to the middle; the air flow containing dust penetrates through the bottom edge of the water-opening sealing plate under the effect of negative pressure, and is washed by water so as to remove dust; the washed air flow is sucked by a dust sucking fan and discharged out of the vehicle. The device realize dust-free discharging, so that the phenomenon that because a conventional spray dust-laying effect is limited, secondary dust pollution is generated is avoided, and a water pump does not need to continuously spray water during working.
