The invention discloses a multifunctional snow removing vehicle which comprises a vehicle body, wheels and a snow removing device. The four wheels are arranged at the lower end of the vehicle body. The snow removing device comprises a wind power snow removing device and a rolling brush snow removing device. The wind power snow removing device is composed of a wind cylinder, a blower device and a heating device. The rolling brush snow removing device is composed of a rolling brush motor and a rolling brush. The wind cylinder is arranged on the top face of the vehicle body. The front lower end of the vehicle body is provided with the rolling brush through a connecting arm. The rear upper end of the vehicle body is provided with a pushing handle. A controller, a charging battery, an engine block, the rolling brush motor, an oil tank, the heating device and the blower device are arranged in the vehicle body.
