Large-diameter cast-in-place concrete pile lengthened template support system
The invention discloses a large-diameter cast-in-place concrete pile lengthened template support system. The system comprises a steel protection cylinder, a material transportation device and an air blowing device, wherein the steel protection cylinder is arranged in a pile hole of a cast-in-place concrete pile lengthened section to be cast, and is fixedly connected to a lower cast-in-place concrete pile structure; a casting space for casting the cast-in-place concrete pile lengthened section is formed in the steel protection cylinder; the material transportation device comprises a windlass arranged on the outer ground of the pile hole, and a hanging basket perpendicular to the pile hole and hung on the windlass; the air blowing device comprises an air blower arranged on the outer ground of the pile hole, and a hose connected to the air blower; and the end part of the hose extends into the steel protection cylinder. The system uses the strength and the rigidity of the steel protection cylinder as a pile body lengthened template, and provides powerful support for the construction operation of internal workers, so that the construction stability and safety are improved, the construction efficiency is enhanced, and the construction cost is saved. The material transportation device solves the material transportation problem in the construction process. The air blowing device solves the air circulation problem in the steel protection cylinder in the construction process.
