Hole forming construction method for three-section type pedestal pile
The invention provides a hole forming construction method for a three-section type pedestal pile. The method includes the following steps that firstly, a site is leveled and the position of a pile foundation is located through field investigation; secondly, the pile foundation is drilled through a rotary drill, a steel protective barrel is embedded in a drilled hole, and after measurement and localization, the rotary drill is used for starting perpendicular drilling; thirdly, the rotary drill is used for excavating soil and drills to the lithological layer; fourthly, a percussion drill replaces the rotary drill and is used for continuously drilling the lithological layer till the pile hole reaches the designed depth; fifthly, after the hole reaches to depth of the pile foundation, the rotary drill with a broaching hammer is used for broaching; sixthly, after the broaching step is finished, residue soil in the pile hole is excavated out through the rotary drill, so that the pile hole is cleaned; and seventhly, when the residue soil in the pile hole is excavated out, the hole is formed. The method has the beneficial effects that the method is suitable for pile foundation hole forming construction with the requirements for deep rock drilling or the high base rock stratum strength, the perpendicularity of the drilled hole is guaranteed, and a drill bit is prevented from being excessively consumed.
