The invention provides a double-round-combined stirring pile forming machine. The lower end of a main drill rod is fixed to the upper end of an electromotor. The lower end of the electromotor is provided with a driver. The lower end of the driver is provided with a first driller rod, a second drill rod, a third drill rod, a fourth drill rod and a fifth drill rod which are arranged side by side. The lower end of the first drill rod and the lower end of the fifth drill rod are provided with two second drill bits respectively. The lower end of the second drill rod, the lower end of the third drill rod and the lower end of the fourth drill rod are each provided with a first drill bit. A first cutting arm and a third cutting arm are fixed together through two connection plates. The lower end of the first cutting arm and the lower end of the third cutting arm are fixedly provided with a plurality of first cutting teeth. The first cutting arm is provided with a plurality of second cutting teeth in the direction towards the third cutting arm. The third cutting arm is provided with multiple second cutting teeth in the direction towards the first cutting arm. A second cutting arm and a fourth cutting arm are fixed together through two connection plates. The lower end of the second cutting arm and the lower end of the fourth cutting arm are fixedly provided with multiple first cutting teeth. The second cutting arm is provided with multiple second cutting teeth in the direction towards the fourth cutting arm, and the fourth cutting arm is provided with multiple second cutting teeth in the direction towards the second cutting arm.
