The invention relates to an anchor rope composite pile structure as a stand column of a main structure and a construction method of the anchor rope composite pile structure. The anchor rope composite pile structure comprises a prefabricated pile and an anchor rope, wherein the bottom of the anchor rope is anchored to a foundation. The anchor rope is arranged in the vertical center of the prefabricated pile in a sleeved manner. A reinforcement cage is arranged in the prefabricated pile. The prefabricated pile is filled with grouting materials. The anchor rope composite pile structure and the construction method thereof have the beneficial effects that capital is saved; excessive anchor ropes are omitted due to a one pile and one anchor structure, and slurry supporting and other technological processes enable the construction period to be shorter; the anchor rope composite pile structure can be used as a stress component of the main structure, and establishment of other bearing components is not needed; the number of anchor rods is small, and therefore cost is reduced; the anchor rope composite pile can effectively avoid hole collapse, diameter shrinkage, pile breakage, interlining and other problems happen in a cast-in-place bored pile during construction, and the quality of formed piles is guaranteed; compared with ordinary pipe piles, the reinforcement cage is arranged in the pile in a lifted manner, concrete is poured into the pipe pile, the horizontal load resisting capacity of the pipe pile is remarkably improved, and the bearing capacity of a single pile is greatly improved; and the pollution of supporting slurry to the surroundings is avoided.
