The invention discloses a load case detection and load supplementing system. The load case detection and load supplementing system comprises a pile foundation hole; a sliding detection device used for detecting a load case, a crane used for hoisting the load case and a load supplementing device connected with the load case are arranged around the pile foundation hole. According to the load case detection and load supplementing system, the load case is detected before coming into use, the load case can be used immediately after the load case passes the detection, and oil pressure loading of the load case is conducted after pile foundation detection is completed, so that stability of a foundation pile is ensured and the problem existing in later construction or the problem of house subsidence is avoided.
