The invention discloses a power supply system with a cable take-up device for an electric excavator. The power supply system with the cable take-up device for the electric excavator is installed on the electric excavator and provides electric power for the electric excavator, and the power supply system with the cable take-up device for the electric excavator comprises the cable take-up device, a front support, a rear support and a via-hole-type collecting ring; one side of the front support is fixedly connected to the rear of a lower frame of the electric excavator, and the other side of the front support is hinged to the rear support; the cable take-up device is installed on the rear support, and a power supply cable is installed on the cable take-up device; the power supply cable is connected with the the via-hole-type collecting ring and provides electricity for a driving motor of the electric excavator through the via-hole-type collecting ring. The invention further discloses the electric excavator including the power supply system. According to the power supply system with the cable take-up device for the electric excavator and the electric excavator, when the electric excavator equipped with the power supply system moves or operates, barrier-free continuous power supply can be achieved, the cable can be stored or released through constant torque, and accidents caused by rolling of the electric excavator on the cable and poor winding of the cable are prevented.
