The invention discloses efficient and energy-saving photovoltaic driven variable frequency water supply equipment, which comprises a distributed solar power generating system, a photovoltaic water supply dispatching and controlling system and water supply equipment, wherein the distributed solar power generating system is connected to the photovoltaic water supply dispatching and controlling system in a matched manner; the photovoltaic water supply dispatching and controlling system is connected to the water supply equipment in a matched manner; and the water supply equipment is used for conveying water to users. A water supply method of the efficient and energy-saving photovoltaic driven variable frequency water supply equipment comprises the following steps: (1) converting solar energy into electric energy by virtue of a solar photovoltaic module; combining the electric energy converted by the solar photovoltaic module by virtue of a combiner box; transmitting the combined electric energy to a distribution box; and distributing the stored electric energy to a controller by virtue of the distribution box; and (2) distributing the electric energy conveyed by the distribution box by virtue of the controller, converting direct current of one part of the electric energy into alternating current through a current converter, and converting the rest electric energy into 380V commercial power through a transformer by virtue of the controller. The water supply equipment disclosed by the invention is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and is capable of greatly reducing use cost.
