The invention discloses an automatic hand washing and drying all-in-one machine comprising a cabinet body, a hand washing basin mounted on the cabinet body, and a connection pipe mounted on the cabinet body and located at the rear side of the hand washing basin, an integrated spray nozzle connected at the end part of the connection pipe, and an air blower mounted in the cabinet body; the connection pipe is of an inverted-J shaped structure, the end part of the connection pipe is located at the center position of the upper side of the hand washing basin, and the lower end of the connection pipe is connected with the air blower; the upper part of the integrated spray nozzle is a connector connected with the connection pipe, the lower part of the integrated spray nozzle is a wind scooper in all-in-one connection with the lower end of the connector; the inner wall of the connector is connected with a water inlet connector through a connecting rib, the lower end of the water inlet connector is connected with a corrugated pipe, and the lower end of the corrugated pipe is connected with a water outlet spray nozzle; the integrated spray nozzle integrates a variety of functions, is beneficial for quickly washing hands cleanly, also can prevent water spots from splashing when the hands are washed, and facilitates the hands to be blown to dry after the hands are washed, and ensures that dresses and trousers of a user cannot be wetted by the water spots; and the practicability is high.
