The invention relates to a cone-shaped dredger. An adopted technical scheme is that the cone-shaped dredger consists of a cone-shaped body and an operating rod, wherein the operating rod is arranged in the middle of the plane part of the cone-shape body; different diameters of the cone-shaped bodies can easily adapt down nozzles with different sizes of toilets; the cone-shaped body directly extends into a down nozzle of a toilet when the cone-shaped dredger is used, this is the difference between a bowl-shaped dredger and the cone-shaped dredger in usage; the cone-shaped body is made from flexible materials such rubber or foam, so that the cone-shaped body is coincident with the down nozzle of the toilet when the operation rod is pushed downward; an excellent negative pressure is created when the operating rod is drawn upward, so that the dredging effect is good; the fixed mode of the operating rod can be a screwed connection mode, can also be a direct adhesive mode; the operating rod is made from a crabstick or metal; a plastic handle is arranged on the upper part of the operating rod. The cone-shaped dredger has the beneficial effects of good sealing effect, high negative pressure, and good dredging effect.
